Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Australia Post stated that deliveries are taking longer than usual due to the impacts of COVID. We thank you for your patience and hope you enjoy wearing your jewellery as much as we enjoy creating them.
Hidden Petals offers free shipping for Australian-wide orders over $80 and international orders over $200.
For orders that do not qualify, please see below for shipping costs.
Australian orders:
- Standard post: $10 (Free standard shipping for order above $80)
- Express post: $12 (Free standard shipping for order above $100)
- Art print only standard post: $5
- Art print only express post: $9 (Free express shipping for order more $50)
International orders:
- Standard post: $25
- Express post: $35
Tracking is included for all orders. Signature on delivery is required.
NOTE: Your jewellery will be shipped from Victoria, Australia. International buyers (outside of Australia) are responsible for ALL duty and VAT fees and any extra charges that may occur after your parcel has been shipped. Thank you for understanding.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Domestic shipping generally takes about 3-7 working days. International shipping may take up to 3 weeks. Shipping times are only estimation and will vary depending on locations. Please allow extra time in the weeks surrounding public holidays.

Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have placed your order. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us using the Contact Us form in the footer of this page. You may also check your order status by logging into your Hidden Petals account.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly as shipping address cannot be changed once order has been confirmed. Hidden Petals cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect shipping details.
