Refund policy

Please keep in mind that handmade jewellery and gemstones in jewellery are also one-of-a-kind, what you receive may differ slightly from what is photographed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hidden Petals order, contact us within 14 days after receiving your order via Contact Us form with your order number.

We always ensure quality control with our products, if the product is damaged in postage transit, we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund on the cost of the actual product returned, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition in the same gift box as received
  • The product must be returned with a valid proof of purchase - purchased in the last 14 days

Please package carefully to reduce damage during re-post. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for refund/return. 

We do not offer refund/return for the following:

  • Earrings (due to hygienic reasons)
  • Products that have been worn (due to hygienic reasons)
  • Sale and promotion items
  • Custom order
  • Change of mind
  • Damage resulting from the mistreatment of jewellery
  • Workshops that have commenced.

Shipping cost will be deducted on any returned orders. 

Returned products must be via registered post so that you are able to track your returned parcel. Customers are responsible for shipping cost and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. 

Workshop Attendance and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, your booking may be transferred to the next available session. Should you choose not to attend and request a refund instead, a 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. This fee covers processing and administrative costs in accordance with fair trading principles under Australian Consumer Law. Once the workshop has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Hidden Petals reserves the right to refuse any returns/refund if it does not meet these Terms.

Hidden Petals reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
